SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT · WORD BASED CONTENT

Social media, off your plate.

We plan it, write it, assemble it, and post it on your channels, so you can get back to running the business.

TO TALK THROUGH YOUR GOALS.

Whiteboard quote — "Business owners begin a business in order to run a business... Not to run social media." — Kyle Hollenbeck, Founder of R.I.B. Media.

WHAT WE DO

One core service. Three add ons.

We sell one thing: End-to-end management of the channels we're hired to run. Two add ons sit alongside it for clients who want them.

CORE · THE WHOLE FEED

Content Management

End-to-end ownership of the social channels we run. We plan the strategy, write the copy, assemble each post from stock and your own visuals, and post it under your handle.

   Strategy: audience, voice, content pillars

Copywriting: captions, post copy, post text

Assembly from stock and your existing assets

Scheduling and posting on your channels

   Calendar and cadence management

   DM and comment response

ADD ON 01

Data Analytics

A report at the end of each cycle, showing how the platform performed against the cycles before it. Priced separately.

ADD ON 02

Ad Management

Paid social, created and managed properly. Scope and pricing scale with your ad budget. Priced separately.

ADD ON 03

DM and Comment Automation

Automated responses to DMs and comments, set up to run on your social accounts. Priced separately.

HOW IT WORKS

How the work runs.

The way we work is contract-based and includes a once-a-month approved content cycle with a feed that keeps running while you don't have to think about it.

03

One monthly strategy report

We walk through the plan and show you everything we intend to post next cycle. That's the touchpoint.

You approve what goes live

You approve or deny the proposed content. We post what's approved, on your channels, under your handle.

You get back to work

The feed runs. DMs and comments are handled daily. You don't touch the channels again until the next call.

Who It’s For

For owners who delegate, on purpose.

The common thread: they want it off their plate, and they want it held to a higher standard than they could keep up in house.

CLIENT EXAMPLE 01

Mercer & Lane Law

Boutique litigation firm · Austin, TX

Three partners. Forty active cases. A LinkedIn page that hadn't been touched since the firm opened. Prospects were checking them out online before signing retainers, and the feed read like the lights were off. They handed it to us. We built a content calendar around their case wins, their team's expertise, and the kind of thought leadership that makes a firm look like the obvious choice. They approved the plan once a month and got back to the courtroom. "The feed used to make us look smaller than we are. Now it matches the work."

“The feed used to make us look smaller than we are.
Now it matches the work.”

The businesses above are fictional examples. They reflect the kind of work we do and the owners we do it for. No real client information has been used.

Client Example 02

Solis Aesthetics

Medical spa · Scottsdale, AZ

A premium med spa with a full client roster and a photo library that could stop a scroll cold. The problem wasn't the visuals. It was that nobody was putting them to work. The feed was inconsistent, the captions were flat, and the Instagram bio still said "Book now!" from three years ago. We took the assets they already had and built a feed that felt as high-end as the room. One strategy call a month. Post copy that made the services feel like the experience they actually are. "We had everything we needed. We just needed someone to run with it."

Answered Plainly.

No. We work with stock photography and the visuals you already have. The craft is words, strategy, and assembly. Keeping it narrow is what keeps every cycle sharp.

As involved as you want to be. The one requirement is a call at least once a month, so the strategy and plan can be approved. Beyond that, the level is yours to set. The service is built to give you peace of mind, so the channels run without you having to create or monitor anything. Just don't be surprised if we occasionally come to you with a question we need answered to create the content properly.

We source the right stock and use what you already have. Pictures matter a great deal. If your strategy and the direction you want to head call for it, a separate budget can be allocated to hire professional photographers or videographers to highlight events for your business. If capturing video and photo on your own is a struggle month to month, we'll assign you simple tasks for exactly what to shoot. And depending on the voice and personality you want your business to elicit, AI image generation can be used too, though that's a rare case. Most of the time, naturally captured imagery is what's required.

No. What we do is attract the kind of followers your business is actually looking for. The point of social media isn't to reach everyone, so virality isn't always the goal, and a follower count doesn't necessarily reflect the quality of a business. A real audience tends to build over time. What we want to be clear about is this: your sales and revenue can't depend on the work we do. We make sure your social media is good. The sales of your products and services depend on the quality of those products and services, not on us.

Yes. Comments and DMs get responses as part of the daily work, though not at a measured pace. If you want it to run on its own, DM and comment automation can be set up for your social accounts as a separate add on, alongside Data Analytics and Ad Management.

Content Management is the core engagement. Data Analytics, Ad Management, and DM and comment automation are separate add ons, priced on their own. We'll walk through the right fit on the call.

If you're ready to hand it off, it starts with a call. We'll see if it's a right fit.
